Once your info is entered, you will receive a message letting you know if you've won or not. Your usual text message fees from your provider will apply, if you have any.

I won this on my second time entering. Upon re-examining the rules, I found nothing stating any limit on prizes, so I played again today, and won another movie credit!
In order to claim your prize, you must have information from your cable or satellite bill, so they can credit your account. I had to enter my info a couple of times to get the account verified. I found that their computer info is still using outdated household information, though the info on my bill is current.
