This sweeps requires two game codes per entry, one which you can find under the Guaranteed Fresh stamp on the front of a Doritos Jacked Bold Mystery Flavor bag, along with the corresponding UPC code on the back of a Doritos Jacked Bold Mystery Flavor bag (the UPC code is the second required game code).
If you do not have a game code, you can get the two required codes by calling 1-877-201-8931. One request per person/phone number per day.
